I just wanted to thank you and your staff for being so professional and making my teeth beautiful as well as my daughters. I had just put braces on my 13-year-old daughter and had been thinking about straightening mine also. As a mother of four and in my mid thirties I was anxious about getting braces on again. I had had them as a teenager, but my teeth had moved. At my free consultation Dr. Bills gave me confidence that the time would go by fast and that it would be worth it. He was absolutely right; the time went by fast. I wore them for 15 to 16 months and I feel confident with my beautiful smile. Dr. Bills and the staff are professional and at the same time make you feel like family. Each time we walked in, the office gals knew our names and made us feel welcome. I also loved the in-office payment plan, I didn't have to finance through another source, and they worked with us from month to month. It was a relief and non-stressful. Thank you. We are currently having our fourth child treated with Dr. Bills. Our first child was treated by Dr. Bawden (from whom Dr. Bills took over the practice). Then, trying to save a buck, we took our second child elsewhere. BIG MISTAKE! Even though the other place had a smaller price tag, the service was terrible. Different doctors half the time, new girls at the front desk and the chairside at EVERY VISIT, never the same people. Also, at least three times, a bracket popped off within an hour of a visit - meaning I had to make another appointment and go back to have them fix it. Funny, brackets never popped off any other time, just right after a visit to their office. With Dr. Bills we have NEVER had a bracket pop off. Also, the friendly staff has (mostly) been the same wonderful ladies for the eight years we have been using this office. I will NEVER use anyone else and I'll bet when I have grandchildren they will see Dr. Bills too.
